With Mo Bio UltraClean Plant DNA Kit you can isolate cellular DNA from plant cells and tissues for 35 min. including time for homogenization. Isolated DNA is grater that 50 kb in length and is purified and ready for immediate use.
Mo Bio Laboratories, Inc. introduces PowerSoil DNA Isolation Kit, a new advanced product for DNA isolation from difficult soils. The kit is designed for use with environmental samples containing a high humic acid content, however it has been successfully used with other more common types of soil. The isolated DNA has a high level of purity allowing more successful PCR amplification of organisms from the sample. PCR analysis has been used to detect a variety of organisms including bacteria, fungi, algae and actinomycetes.
