•We deliver the goods to any region of Ukraine for free, there is not any additional fees for handling and other service.

•To customers in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv and Poltava goods are delivered “Door-to-Door”. In other regions customers pick up their shipments at the transportation company facilities.

•If the requested product is in stock the term of delivery is 1-2 days to any region of Ukraine after prepayment.

•If products are not in stock, we deliver them in 2-3 weeks.

•Products for Molecular Biology, which must be stored at +4 oC, are transported with blue ice; products that require – 20oC are shipped in dry ice.
